## Emergency call-outs

> There are several listings for 24/7 tree emergency contacts in the ACT. LiRo were the only ones that actually answered and were on-site within 30mins. Did a same-day make safe of the fallen tree and returned within days to take the whole thing out. Don't bother with the others. Boys were punctual and polite. Good job all round.

> LiRo Tree Services were extremely good in responding to a dangerous large tree branch that was close to falling. They came quickly and braced the branch/tree. It was deemed a government tree, so they didn't need to take the branch down in the end, but were very efficient in ensuring that it didn't fall for safety reasons before it could be cut down.

## Tree removal

> We had a damaged tree that stood 14.5 metres high, very close to our house with limited access. The team arrived on the arranged day and felled the tree in stages, cleaning up as they went. The tree was chipped into their own truck on site and the cleanup afterwards was done particularly well. The remaining stump was in a difficult location to grind, but LiRo solved that problem without fuss.
