A clear-out is planning as much as cutting. What stays, what goes, what needs approval, what order to do it in so the loader and chipper can reach everything. We do a marked-up walk with you first, then work through it, with stumps ground on a return visit if the job is big.

## Questions about this service

**Do you clear whole blocks?**
Yes: overgrown suburban blocks, pre-demolition and pre-build clears, rural blocks in the Queanbeyan area. Trees, hedges, undergrowth and stumps in one program, with the ACT or NSW approvals checked first.

**What happens to the material?**
Chipped on site. We remove it, or leave the mulch for the site if you want it. Larger timber can be cut to firewood lengths and left, on request.

**Can you work with my builder's timeline?**
That is most of this work. Tell us the demolition or slab date and we will schedule the clear and the stump grinding so the site is ready.
